Group financials from FULL OVERVIEW 2026; per-vertical operational KPIs from the three head-of-department Typeform feeds (MOVE Physio, MOVE360, Wild Side). A Vercel cron runs at 02:00 UTC each day and writes a fresh snapshot to Supabase; the dashboard reads from that. Hit "Refresh now" on any vertical to force an immediate refresh.

Annual leave tracker

Pending requests are pulled from your Gmail inbox by a daily scan — each row links straight back to the email. Click "Refresh from Gmail" to scan on demand. Decisions persist to Supabase. The 2026 booked / taken baseline carried over from FULL OVERVIEW 2026 stays in place; new approvals from Gmail are added on top. Annual entitlement is 28 days (224h @ 8h/day) — directors and contractors aren't tracked here.

Source: staff list and 2026 baseline come from Supabase (people + people_leave tables). The baseline was seeded once from FULL OVERVIEW 2026; new approvals come from Gmail going forward. Mid-year starters get pro-rated entitlement in their join year only (rounded up to the nearest 0.5 d). Allowance auto-resets to a full 28 d on 1 Jan each year.

Admin tracker

A persistent list of recurring obligations across the four entities — filings, renewals, payroll deadlines, insurance reviews, professional subscriptions, and people. The thing that stops a £39 renewal becoming a £2,400 problem.

People register

Master list of staff — full name, entity, role, salary, start/end dates, birthday. Stored in Supabase (multi-device). Birthdays surface a banner at the top of moveOS 7 days ahead.

Data gaps to verify manually: Jade Morris's starter notification didn't surface (earliest reference is a Dec 2025 payslip portal request). Jack Bright's starting rate and Alice Chitnis's starting rate aren't in the email snippets — reconcile against FEB's records.
